Plasterer Disrepair

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Disrepair Plasterer to join our team, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire of the North East.You will be working on 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitivesalary of £29,000 Basic plus OTE through incentive scheme Plus Company Van Plus Benefits.

As our Disrepair Plasterer, you will provide a comprehensive plastering service to domestic and commercial properties.

**Responsibilities of the Disrepair Plasterer will include**:
Undertaking full house re-plastering

Diagnosing plaster patching in small areas

Identify and rectify plaster defects and ensure that all necessary pre

and post preparation of works are carried out

Liaise with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches, calculations using measuring equipment

**What we are looking for in our ideal Disrepair Plasterer**:
maintenance of domestic properties, pre paint repairs and refurbishments.Ability of

previewing and ordering materials and have experience of laying concrete paths and

floors. A current driving licence is essential. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card,

have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
