24-7 Recruitment are currently recruiting a Paint Robot Programmer for our client, a well know Banbury based Automotive company, OX162SP.

**Main purpose of the Paint Robot Programmer**:
**As aPaint Robot Programmer,you will work**:
Permanent Position

37.5 Hours Per Week

Monday - Thurs 08.00-4.30 or 08.30-5.00 and Fridays 08.00 - 13.30 or 08.30-14.00

**Key Responsibilities for a Paint Robot Programmer**:

- Participate in internal and external quality focus within area of responsibility.
- Participate in 8D's, problem solving and risk management.
- Participate in quality improvements through KPI's.
- Participate in process audits where required.
- Analyse defects, find and eliminate the root cause.
- Liaise with production shift managers and buy-off tunnel in order to understand faults
- Lead and be responsible for Robotic Application to maximise R.F.T & Yields.
- Support the Paint Process Manager in the day to day running of the paint line.
- Liaise with paint suppliers.
- Working within the MAFACT system (internal training).
- Support installation projects for new technology and equipment.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements of a Paint Robot Programmer**:

- Knowledge & use of offline programming software is essential. (Inropa/PDT/EasyEdit)
- Strong knowledge of robotic programming methodology. i.e SB50, Pitch selection, Application parameter selection.
- Experience of 6 or more Axis Robots (Fanuc or B+M experience preferred.)
- IOSH trained.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
