**Job Description**:
**Duties**

The successful applicant will support the Interiors Directors, Associate Directors and lead a wider team with the following activities:

- Primarily: Diagrams and information graphics, illustrations interior environmental graphics, design of company brochures, collateral, exhibition displays and presentations; designing, maintaining and distributing templates for executive presentations and client-facing pitches.
- Secondary: design of documents, collateral and presentations for major clients, pursuits and bids.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtain input from management, ensuring project designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Examine existing approach, identifying improvements and creating solutions to improve design and output
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity and work with the team on social media and developing external profiles and awareness
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
- Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
- Work and support with the team lead on signage and wayfinding to support concepts on projects and schemes
- Familiarity with architectural and design drawings, standards and requirements.
- Experience with digital graphic software (Flash, HTML5, Dreamweaver, etc) would be a definite plus.
- Able to pair a strong creative flair with a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to service internal and external clients with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a highly fluid environment, but with a fun, friendly and highly-driven group of communications professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
