**Job Title**: Commercial and Fleet Insurance Executive

**Location**: Flint, North Wales

**Salary**: £30-35,000 (DOE)

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute effective sales and business development strategies for revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion within the commercial and fleet insurance market.
- Strengthen relationships with brokers and intermediaries to enhance distribution channels.

**Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Utilise in-depth knowledge of commercial and fleet insurance to inform business decisions.
- Keep abreast of market trends and changes to policies and best practices.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, brokers, and intermediaries.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual success.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.
- Utilise new technology to stay ahead of competitors.

**Training and Mentorship**:

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and career development.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience within the commercial and fleet insurance industry.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial and fleet insurance executive role.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and business development strategies.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
