This well established Yorkshire based firm are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing department in their Pontefract office. The firm usually attracts people who want more of a work life balance, who want to do less travel, and who want tohave autonomy to grow and progress their career.
They have a really progressive, modern outlook and are looking for a Legal Secretary who can lot seamlessly into the team.
The successful Legal Secretary will work within a small team supporting the fee earners on a range of residential matters. Reporting into the Residential Property Partner, your duties will include:

- file management
- typing
- drafting legal documents
- post completion
- working from solicitors’ written notes and audio files (dictation)
- filing and general administrative work
- handling confidential information
