This role is based in Sheffield however may involve travelling to sites based in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, therefore a full UK driving licence is required.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of c£26,000, plus a bonus plan, pension scheme, 33 days holiday, internal training courses, service awards, and access to wellbeing and healthcare schemes.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to customers (both remotely and face-to-face)
- Give customers feedback and updates regarding their issues and requests
- Record all actions and tickets accurately
- Manage IT assets accurately on the internal ticketing system
- Deploy, support, and troubleshoot print services, IT hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems, and audio-visual services

**Skills & Experience**
- Full UK Driving Licence
- ICT as an A Level or equivalent (level 3 diploma) essential
- 12 months previous experience in an IT support role desirable (with experience in fault-finding and fixing issues)
- Excellent and professional customer service skills, with a great telephone manner and outstanding communication and listening skills
- Understanding of networking infrastructure and good knowledge of PC and laptop hardware
