**About the Senior Content Designer role**:
As a **Senior Content Designer,** you’ll be an expert practitioner who develops content strategy and solutions for member user journeys. You’ll take responsibility for content quality, managing small teams and mentoring content designers andeditors.

**Your responsibilities as our Senior Content Designer will include**:

- **Member site navigation -** leading on the content design strategy for navigation; collaborating with other Content and UX Designers and Product Owners/Managers
- **Member Zone and Member app -** leading the team to deliver content design across the logged in Member experience, collaborating with Product Owners/Managers, Customer Marketing, Vitality Programme and Clinical teams
- **Vitality GP app -** leading the team to deliver content design across the logged in Vitality GP app experience, collaborating with Product Owners/Managers, Customer Marketing and Clinical teams
- **Personal > Support -** leading the team to deliver content design in these sections, collaborating with Customer Experience and Customer Services
- **Prospect journeys -** informed on content design for all Prospect journeys, collaborating with the Pre-Sales Content Design team

**What we’re looking for in our Senior Content Designer**:
**Essential**
- Experience of user journey mapping and user story writing
- Experience of UX accessible writing and content design for digital channels
- Experience of keyword research and implementing SEO recommendations
- Degree level or equivalent, possibly professional qualifications and 5 years + work experience

**Desirable**
- Experience of editing and publishing in Sitecore content management system
- Experience of using workflow and collaboration software, e.g., JIRA and Confluence
- Experience of using prototyping software
