Reprographics Technician

Our client secondary school based in St Helens are looking to appoint a pro-active and dedicated Reprographics Technician on temporary part time basis - 20 hours a week, 5 days per week to start ASAP.

**Main Responsibilities**:
To provide confidential, high quality, efficient and comprehensive administrative support including the preparation of documents and reports to whole school departments
- To provide an efficient and effective reprographic service to the whole school
- Schedule, monitor and organise the flow of job requests to the Reprographics Department ensuring all work is produced within necessary time frames
- Produce Reprographics reports

Previous experience in an administrative role is desired.

**You will require**:
Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process one
Experience working in an office environment
Empathetic outlook
Full and complete 10-year career history

Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
