These vacancies will all require the completion of full 5-year activity and criminal record check prior to any start date.

4 on 2 off

AM 05:30-14:00

PM 13:30- 22:00

General information about the duties:
**1.** **Exports**

a) Follow the company procedure on the acceptance to secure cargo ensuring all driver IDs are checked, seals checked, entries are in the system and are relevant paperwork filled out correctly including CSDs and pre alerts.

b) Upon arrival of insecure cargo, check that the relevant company has made a customs declaration (if required).

c) Arrive the shipment into the CFL system

d) When required complete the process in the specific airline operating system.

**2.** **Imports**

b) Arrival of flights on the CFL system, once a deconsolidation sheet has been provided by the warehouse operations staff or flight handler.

c) Where required to send notifications to origin confirming receipt of the shipments.

d) Using CNS to re-print release notes, arrive landing flights, confirm customer import/export entries.

e) When required to produce domestic release documents.

f) Check the community support network for shipments where release documents have not printed, print again if required.

g) Liaising with Border Force to ensure requested flights are held and any route 1 or 2 bags are caged for further inspection.

**3.** **Manifesting**

a) Follow the specific airline guidelines with regards to what messages are sent.

b) If required use specific airline operating system to notify outstations and load control of the details of the flight.

c) Where required telephone ground handler for the airline.

d) Creating CSDs for each and every flight when closing.

e) Checking pre-flight manifests before closing.

f) Prepare the flight file

**Other**

a) Liaising with customers via telephone

b) Any other duties as required by management.

c) It is vital that you are helpful and courteous to all members of staff and anyone representing other companies at all times.

d) Have the confidence to liaise with managers at all levels of the company.

About you:

- Must have a 5 year checkable background and no criminal record history
- Government ID (Driving licence or passport)
- Good level of English verbally and in writing
- Flexibility during peak periods
- Good team player as well as capable to work individually
- Previous experience in a similar work environment (not essential but will benefit)
