As a Head of Product you’ll be excited by the opportunity to break new ground; collaborating naturally in a high profile role with the freedom to drive change & accelerate business maturity of an emerging product & solution based business that delivers mission critical National Security services within the U.K. & internationally across our Five Eyes partners.

You’d be frustrated if you were turning the handle on mature products, merely acting as the product janitor and spending the majority of your time consulting. Instead, you’ll be creating a new business that improves the safety and security of citizens in a tangible way. You’ll build cases for investment and launch the resulting products to the market, develop the product leadership team needed - bringing others across the business along the product development journey and develop cross functional engineering teams to deliver at the forefront of the continuing growth of the National Security business.

As our Head of Product, you’ll be creating and evolving a portfolio of products and services from initial idea creation through to commercial realisation; ensuring ROI. This’ll involve working closely across the business, and especially with the Client-facing teams, CTO, innovation teams and marketing to ensure a successful product to market approach, but also maturing internal processes and procedures.

**The Key Requirements...**
- Experience managing product or a portfolio of products in a technical organisation
- Prior history of delivering products to Government and Public Sector customers profitably
- Capable of evidencing use of analytical decision making skills to inform profit and business performance decisions
- An ability to lead business transformation and change management programmes.

Reporting to our Head of Solutions, you’ll build and deliver a profitable product portfolio that has real impact on the U.K. and our partners safety; solving problems that few will ever see or know.

**Where you’ll work**

**Clearances**

Due to the nature of this role, we require you to be eligible to achieve SC and DV clearance. As a result, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the U.K. for the last 5 years for SC and 10 years for DV.
