VAT Associate Director - Top 10 Accountancy Firm

The Role:

- Lead and deliver high-quality client work, focusing on scoping, delivery, and billing
- Ensure meticulous compliance with risk management processes throughout client assignments
- Provide crucial support to junior staff, Directors, and Partners
- Offer expert advice on complex Indirect Tax matters, utilising in-depth knowledge of legislation, case law, and technical analysis
- Review and refine the work of team members for optimal quality

About You:

- Substantial experience in indirect/VAT taxes, ideally from an advisory or in-house environment
- Ideally possess a relevant tax qualification (CTA/ATT)
- Proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of indirect/VAT tax clients
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster lasting business relationships
