As a Customer Service Advisor in our front-line team, you are at the heart of our business and whichever department you join, every day will present a wide variety of customers, each with their own unique needs.Whether assisting customers to record theiraccident details and assessing liability or explaining how our services work - you are a natural at getting to the bottom of things, helping customers get the best outcome possible.
