**Title: Flexi Conveyancer/Conveyancing Assistant**
**Location: Liverpool**
**Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonus**

Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Altrincham, specialising in Conveyancing is experiencing a growth phase. They are looking for someone who is either an experienced legal/conveyancing assistant or someone who is already a fee earner/case handler. The position as a flexi conveyancer/assistant is to assist the fee earners or assistants in their absence and be part of the management team helping with administrative tasks such as completed files and queries. This is a fantastic opportunity for growth within an established business who will provide the right person the opportunity to grow and progress within the company.

**Nice to have's**:

- Experience running/assisting own conveyancing case load
- Strong administration skills gained in an office environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Conversant in Microsoft Office

- Experience using a case management system
- Confidence building and maintaining business relationships

**Responsibilities**:

- Fill in for people who are on annual leave or absent (fee earners or assistants)
- Help members of the team during busy periods
- Assist management with administrative tasks - dealing with completed files and queries
- Help manage a caseload of new build transactions from inception to completion
- Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone and in written correspondence.
- Keep the CRM and any third-party websites up to date in real time
- Any other duties required to assist the team and others should the need arise

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
