Roller Operator

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Operate and control the roller machine to compress surfaces
- Ensure proper compaction of materials according to project specifications
- Inspect equipment for any faults or damage before operation
- Perform routine maintenance on the roller machine
- Coordinate with the construction team to achieve project goals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating rollers or similar heavy machinery
- Proficient in using rollers to achieve desired compaction levels
- Knowledge of mechanical operations related to rollers
- Commercial driving licence is desirable
- Ability to dig and manoeuvre machinery effectively
