Furniture Polisher/sprayer

Multitask Recruitment Solutions have an exciting new opportunity for a Furniture Polisher/Sprayer to work for our client based in Haslingden.

**Duties include**:

- Removing objects such as knobs or hinges.
- Preparing the wood by smoothing it, either by hand with abrasive paper or by machine.
- Stripping old paint, varnish, or lacquer, using a paint stripper, wire wool, or sandpaper.
- Filling holes and preparing and sanding the wood, sometimes using power tools.
- Following health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining a nice and tidy work area.
- Working in a team or on own initiative.

**Skills Required**:

- Have good hand skills.
- Be patient and methodical.
- Be able to pay close attention to detail.
- Have an eye for shape and colour.

**Hours of work**:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

**Rate of Pay**:
From £10.50ph + depending on skill level/experience
