Administration Assistant

The primary objective is to support the Office Manager in running the day to day operations of the office of a fast paced, busy environment.
This role reports directly to the Office Manager.
**Responsibilities and duties include**
- Answer telephone and direct calls as appropriate
- Maintain filing system for HACCP, liaising with Production Team
- Maintain filing systems for Transport Coordinator.
- Maintain filing systems for Office Manager and Transport Coordinator
- Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive necessary information and that this information is accurate
- Support the office manager with air freight bookings, health certificates and certificates of origin for product exports.
- Prepare delivery notes and labels for goods out, specific to each customer.
- Help to create database for customers and suppliers
- Maintaining regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures.
- Attending training courses as and when required.
- From time to time, performing tasks outside the office. This may include running errands off site.
- Performing duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Establishing effective “working relationships” with colleagues, contributing to the team environment.
- Experience
- No experience necessary as full training will be given for this junior role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
