Tradewind Recruitment are working with a supportive Academy who are looking for an experienced First Aid Officer to join their wonderful team.

The role will involve ongoing and ad hoc pupil assessment, liaising with local authorities and working alongside the schools safeguarding and well-being teams and liaising with external agencies where required.

You must be first Aid trained and available to start in May on a full time basis (Monday - Friday).

The school is well connected to the local community and is committed to providing the best in student care and well-being. Results are good and behaviour positive, the school building is modern and well equipped.

To be considered for this role:

- You will need to have an up to date paediatric certificate
- Be available for a May start until the end of the academic year at least
- Have an energetic and positive outlook
- The school are particularly interested to hear from First Aid officers with experience of working in a school setting or with young adults / pupils but this is not neccessary

The school is based in HIgh Wycombe, Buckinghamshire with good links from the town and staff parking.

The First Aid Officer must:

- Be First Aid trained
- Ideally have previous school based experience
- Have energy, commitment and a positive outlook
- Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
- Have a positive attitude
- Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Be available and willing to committ to the rest of the academic year 2023/24 as a minimum.
