**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that all client issues are triaged and categorised accordingly to agreed client SLA.
- Answer queries via various mediums including E-mail, in-house ticketing system, online demonstrations.
- Work with Technical and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Regularly communicate to client the progress of tickets

**Your Skills**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- 2 years + experience in similar role
- Experience of working in an IT environment and knowledge of software systems are essential for the role.
- Ability to follow internal procedures.
- Ability to manage own workload with confidence.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer and key stakeholder relationships.
- Web technologies

**Additional Skills**:
Previous use of MS Dynamics or Freshdesk tool advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
