Key Holder Cleaner

Concept Resources are currently recruiting for **Key-Holder cleaner** for our client who is a large Facilities Company

**Key Responsibilities**:
Cleaner is required to complete High Standard cleaning of Office Spaces, Meeting Rooms, Reception area and toilets

This is a Key-Holder position, you will be required to lock up & set alarms.
- Vacuuming, Sweeping and mopping of all floors, stairs and corridors
- Emptying and changing of bins,
- Wiping and polishing of all surfaces, rails and windows
- Cleaning and sanitising of the toilets
- Replenishing toilet consumables, eg - toilet paper, hand soap & towels
- Dust control in all areas

**Hours of Work**:
Monday To Friday,

5:00pm - 7:30pm

(12.4 hours per week)

**Pay Rate**:
£10.42 - £11.02 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.02 per hour

Expected hours: 12.4 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
