Cove UK is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the team and ensure effective holiday sales performance across our parks. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, they will be responsible for monitoring, strategizing, executing, and analysing marketing activity at our holiday parks and relevant products.

**Responsibilities**
- To monitor and reconcile elements of the marketing budget across the parks
- To support the Senior Marketing Manager with marketing campaigns across all parks
- To work with any other Third Parties who support the holiday sales operation in terms of marketing activity and sales opportunities and relationship building.
- To carry out various pieces of artwork when required, specifically for on park use and signage and minor amends of other artwork as and when required.
- To work with the team on any PR events and PR stories that may need to be worked upon or managed as and when required.
- To work with the Owners and Holiday Homes Sales team on any support required in terms of point of sale or general marketing support.
- To monitor and ensure signage, poster and digital screen information is correct and relevant and ensure a plan is in place for the next 8 weeks and providing all creative required.
- Working with the marketing team, put in place a process for print quotes and quality of output across various elements across all our Parks.
- Working with the Agencies we have supporting the Parks to understand what is involved in their day-to-day operation and understanding the sales channels that are used to sell holidays.
- To ensure all communication and representation of holidays is on brand and support the marketing team in any brand development work required.
- To support the web team as and when required.
- To support the social team as and when required.
- Working with the marketing team on the product files which detail all product elements be featured on the parks, ie entertainment, food and beverage, activities.
- Maintaining as required the assets library
- Internal briefings on activity and campaigns
- Generic reporting, ie supporting with the collation of weekly reports
- Collating Marketing Department movements.
- Assist in compiling marketing plans with providing analysis breakdowns To visit Parks as and when required and work with the teams on the Parks as appropriate.
- To carry out any other ad hoc task as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as **marketing executive** or similar role for a minimum of one year is essential
- Knowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practices
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop etc) is advantageous
- Knowledge of digital products; MailChimp, Marketo is advantageous
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Holding a marketing degree is advantageous
- Be able to work under pressure during busy times

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
