**THE ROLE**
- The Store Designer works within the Store Design team and has responsibility for supporting global design projects in the UK, US, Europe and Worldwide. They will be required to work closely with other departments within the company, such as Visual Merchandising and Facilities, as well as with the Merchandise and Retail teams within head office and the stores.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive briefs for upcoming projects, both Concessions & Stores
- Internal project managing of Concessions
- Create image and material mood boards for upcoming projects
- Support Senior Designers with Store Design projects, from design development to completion. Produce Plan & Elevation drawings for store design packages,
- Producing visuals for stores
- Attending Site visits & meeting contractors
- Research, Source and purchasing required finishes, fittings and props for store design projects
- Liaise with external contractors on the design and production of store design elements
- Research new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing suppliers
- Fill out purchasing templates for relevant projects
- Fill out Shipping Documents
- Work with shipping on the organization and delivery of store design items worldwide. Including assisting with packing appropriately.
- Process incoming invoices using purchase order system
- Manage deliveries in and out of head office
- Maintain the store design storage area & sample room
