The role will be supporting APAC & the Middle East and you would ideally require experience of working with international client groups to be considered for this position.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead HR Business Partnering responsible for assigned client groups
- Be a key point of contact for HR consultancy services
- Bring commercialHR expertise to discussions with key stakeholders
- Partnering with colleagues across HR to design and deliver people solutions for your aligned group
- Strategic workforce planning, performance reviews and annual reward cycle
- Lead on HR projects for the whole firm, diagnosing needs and developing solutions
- Talent identification and management, employee engagement, change management
- Provide trusted one to one guidance to stakeholders on HR matters
- Work with colleagues to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the HR function
- Partner with our Employee Relations Team to provide advice to partners / leaders on complex policy and employee relations issues
- Be an active member of the HR Business Partnering leadership team
- Work closely with colleagues in HR Business Partnering team
- Provide leadership, coaching and development to less experienced colleagues through setting clear objectives, providing constructive feedback and providing stretching opportunities.
