**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with our key clients in the retail industry.
- Increase wallet share and position Xebia as a preferred supplier within our client base.
- Understand clients' business needs and goals and align our products and services to meet those objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.

**Sales Hunting**:

- Identify and target potential retail clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new retail clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of our company's products and services, especially as they relate to the retail industry.
- Articulate product features and benefits to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
- Share market feedback and insights to drive product improvements and innovation.

**Sales Presentations and Proposals**:

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client's specific needs. Work with influence with the internal stakeholders to drive and build a compelling solution and commercial proposal.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales and client management within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, challenges, and competitors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
