Multi Tradesperson

We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesman to join our team at GS Building Services Ltd.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in various trades, particularly with proficiency in groundwork, carpentry, brickwork, roofing etc.

Must hold CSCS card, competent in using a digger.

Full Driving Licence must be held, able to drive 7.5 tonne lorry is preferable.

**Job Title**: Multi-Skilled Tradesman

**Salary**: £150-£175 a day

As a Multi-Skilled Tradesman at GS Building Services Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- **Multi-Trade Expertise**: Execute a wide range of construction and renovation tasks, displaying proficiency in multiple trades, such as carpentry, building extinctions, roofing, landscaping, groundwork, painting, and more.
- **House Renovation**: Undertake various house renovation projects, working independently or as part of a team to transform properties to meet our clients' needs and expectations.
- **Quality Workmanship**: Maintain a commitment to delivering top-quality work, ensuring attention to detail and adhering to industry standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Prioritize safety on all job sites, following safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in multi-skilled trades.
- Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment used in construction and renovation.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and protocols.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
