The Projects Assistant will be responsible for supporting the project management team in coordinating and executing various projects within the hotel including the refurbishment of the hotels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the project management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects within the hotel.
- Help in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Assist in creating purchase orders in Adaco, dealing with suppliers, and managing invoices.
- Attend project meetings and assist in preparing meeting minutes and action items.
- Maintain and update project documentation in PROCORE and follow up with respective Contractors & Consultants
- Coordinate with other departments in the hotel to ensure that projects are executed smoothly.
- Provide support to the project management team as needed.
- Upon completion of refurb projects, you will be required to assist in smaller internal projects.
- The smaller projects would need to be followed up independently from the Facility and Maintenance team.
- Develop and maintain a database of all other properties in the PROCORE system.
- Manage purchase orders for any smaller projects that are handled by landlords, and route them through Landlord Adaco as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in project coordination or project management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adaco and Procore
- Working Conditions:
The role may require occasional work outside of regular business hours.
