**Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator role will include**:

- Advising property owners and tenants on the letting process
- Arranging and conducting rental property viewings
- Preparing tenancy agreements and processing deposit protection
- Handling maintenance issues and sourcing solutions
- Property inspections and producing accurate reports

**Skills & Experience for this Lettings Negotiator role**:

- Some experience within a lettings industry (or estate agency background)
- High energy with excellent organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and readily accept extra responsibility when required
- Professional approach to tasks with a 'can do' attitude
- Enjoy working as part of team in a fast paced environment
