Internal Recruiter

Are you a new Grad with an interest in HR who would love the opportunity to learn internal Recruitment on the job???

My client based in Watford is looking for either a new Grad or someone who has up to a year of recruitment experience to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be part of the HR team, working as the recruitment specialist, demonstrating excellent understanding of all of our recruitment processes, supporting the internal changes to ensure a standardised approach to all UK based recruitment needs.
- Working in partnership with senior managers to understand all vacancy requirements
- Coordinating the whole recruitment process; including completion of job specifications, advertising, collating CVs, interview and selection and administering all pre-employment checks
- Ensure that all applicants are screened
- Leading recruitment projects
- Becoming an 'expert’ in relevant fields, for example proof of right to work etc.
- Managing external relationships and partnerships

Salary £Negotiable. This role will be on site 5 days per week.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
