**The Company**

My client, a pioneering Web3 business, are looking to add a Senior Level Designer to their fast-growing design function. You will be designing AAA Blockchain and Metaverse based games for some of the worlds most recognisable Web2 brands including a numberof huge television networks, global sporting organisations and British institutions. This is a superb opportunity for someone to have a genuine, lasting impact on the future of the business.

**The Role**

As a Senior Level Designer, you will be a key member of the Level Design team, helping deliver exciting first party and world class external IP experiences. You will mentor and support the more junior designers in their development.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Always striving for quality for multiple levels
- Execute the vision of the product and stakeholders
- Architect your levels from high-level concept to low-level scripting
- Mentor your design team peers
- Ownership of levels from inception through to release
- Troubleshoot design issues from a creative standpoint

**About You**
- Experienced in the Games Industry
- Proven ability to breakdown high-level design goals into individual components
- Understanding of game trends both past and present
- Champion of the Sandbox Approach
- Strong knowledge of user generated content
