**Overview of the post**

As a member of a small team, you will be delivering grounds maintenance works, primarily with social housing providers including Wythenshawe Community Housing Gateway, as well as other local landowners.

Outside of the traditional seasonal grounds maintenance practices you will be involved with supporting the Land Team’s portfolio of work relating to garden upgrades on behalf of social housing providers, plus the delivery of green space improvement projects for community based organisations such as schools or community allotments.

**Delivery**
- Supporting the physical delivery of grounds maintenance and landscaping projects on a range of different sites
- Ensuring that all works are completed in line with relevant risk assessments, method statements and work instructions
- To ensure high standards of housekeeping at all times both on site and at depots and storage areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,468.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.5 per week
