We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant or Food Porter, to come and join a fantastic team in a brand-new restaurant in Westminster where you will have opportunity to develop and grow.

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:

- A passion for food with previous experience working in a kitchen and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is needed
- Acting as the link between the main kitchen and all back of house related tasks
- Receiving and storing all the food deliveries and helping the chefs putting them away while checking and recording the temperature of high risk food
- Assisting the chefs to make basic preparations and ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy
- Monitoring stock rotation, complying to company policies and procedures following all mandatory COSHH and HACPP guidelines
- Making sure all the food ordering invoices are signed and delivered to the Head Chef or manager in charge

**What we can offer**:

- Work-life balance of 45 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday (Mondays & Sundays closed)
- Only morning shifts 8:00 am to 4:00pm
