**B2B Client Account Executive - Innovative, Rapid-Growth Organisation - £26k-£30k basic (£70k-80k OTE) + benefits**

We are looking for a client focused, driven individual, with proven experience in **B2B** **Account Management**, to join a rapidly expanding, national organisation in their state-of-the-art Dereham office.

**What’s on offer?**

The base salary for the Client Account Executive is £26k-£30k (c£70k-£80k OTE although it is an uncapped bonus scheme).

**Key responsibilities as a B2B Client Account Executive include**:

- Monitoring account performance metrics and adapting strategies to meet growth objectives
- Analysing client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement
- Strategically managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Developing tailored account plans based on client needs analysis
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Travelling approximately 10% of the time

**What we’re looking for**:

- Demonstrable experience in account management or sales with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge and maintain strong client relationships
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Good analytical skills to be able to identify growth opportunities and challenges within key accounts
- IT literate with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Full, clean driving licence with the ability to travel (over 10%)
