We are offering you the chance to showcase your expertise in Call Handling.
Joining our Parts Operations Function as a Parts Orders Call Handler at our Head Office in Duxford you would be welcomed into a great working environment.
Drawing on your parts, service or mechanical knowledge you will be supporting the Parts Sales Manager with taking inbound calls for parts pricing, availability and processing parts orders with a high attention to detail and in a timely manner.
Using your strong customer service experience, your ability to keep calm under pressure, your focus on solutions and problem-solving attributes you would thrive in the position.
