Due to phenomenal growth, our Nottinghamshire based client are seeking a Tenancy Manager to work within the property management team working on both planned and reactive maintenance administration.

The company currently service a portfolio of c.800 properties but that is due to expand dramatically within the next few months. The Property Management department has a team of 7 other members of staff - all having their own responsibilities to ensure theportfolio is serviced to a high standard.
- Dealing with maintenance issues from inspection reports, following through on reported issues from start to finish.
- Deal with planned maintenance issues
- Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Assisting with the day to day administration of the department.

This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same
- You must have exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Be a proficient typist, well versed in the use of word, outlook and CRM systems, with excellent administration and office skills. Be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
- Be a good team player who will be able to think on your feet.
- Be able to manage a busy workload and to prioritise tasks.
- Be a strong communicator and be able to keeps calm under pressure.
