Our Client is a boutique multi-channel retailer with a successful online channel, wholesale includingmarketplaces and retail shops in the UK and in the West Indies. The company focuses on selling ethically sourced and sustainable beachwear, clothing and accessories.

**JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role is hands-on and will require the chosen individual to take on a very broad range of work including setting up and honing systems and processes; some of the role requirements are listed below.
- Working with the Finance Manager to support the financial requirements and take on defined aspects of the financial management.
- Overseeing financial and accountancy matters including month end reports, management accounts, cashflow management, ensuring accuracy and relevancy and best in class processes.
- Reviewing monthly P&L against plans and highlighting opportunities and risk to the Founder CEO and senior team
- Responsible for monthly staff pay role for both HQ and stores
- Maintain strong technical accounting across month-end processes with a 'hands-on’ approach to finance.

Retail, e-Commerce, or multi-channel experience would be of value
