If you’re looking for an opportunity where you can use your data/analytical skills within a leading corporate Responsible Business (RB) team then we’d love to hear from you. You’ll support a wide range of Responsible Business activities, with a focus on data collection and reporting.

You’ll help coordinate accurate data collection and data analysis to support key Management Information (MI) reporting for a range or organisational and regulatory reports relating to ESG, Sustainability and other areas of Responsible Business.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You’ll support the data collection of RB Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform business strategy and measure our progress of becoming a leading UK Responsible Business.
- Review and prepare data to update the RB KPI dashboard, supporting the ongoing monitoring of progress across the company’s RB material topics.
- Engage with business stakeholders to agree a regular data collection cycle that meets all RB reporting commitments, providing clear expectations of data requirements.
- Work closely with the RB implementation team to plan the annual reporting schedule to ensure all mandatory reports are submitted on time.
- Provision of monthly MI reports to inform decision making, demonstrating current performance against targets and areas of improvement/further investment.
- Help with collation of case studies to communicate best practice outcomes from ESG requirements.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- You’ll be confident with the use of technology, with a desire to embrace new technology to support reporting outputs.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Good analytical skills, comfortable working with high levels of data and detecting anomalies.
- Proven administrative and organisational skills, detail focussed and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills - you’ll be required to engage with a range of people from around the business to collect data at agreed timelines.
- A broad interest in concepts and principles relating to RB, ESG, Sustainability, I&D and Community Impact is desirable.
- Experience or interest in learning and managing databases such as Power BI.
