**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Experience:

- Provide exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
- Assist in property viewings, showcasing unique features and answering questions.
- Property Promotion:

- Collaborate on captivating property listings with compelling descriptions and visuals.
- Help optimize property advertisements on online platforms.

Administrative Support:

- Contribute to smooth property handovers to tenants.

Market Insights:

- Stay up-to-date with local property trends, rental values, and regulations.
- Assist in market research and property valuations.

Team Collaboration:

- Learn from experienced lettings agents and professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Remuneration:
Basic salary upto £23,000 + Commission
