Dairy Partners are a long established family owned British dairy company supplying UK and overseas markets. We manufacture a range of pasta filata cheese products including mozzerella and pizza cheese in various formats for some of the leading food companies across the globe.

We work in close partnership with British dairy farmers as well as customers delivering healthy cheese and other dairy products.

**Position**:
**Main Duties and Key Responsibilities**:
New Customer Account Process:

- Manage New Account set up on SAP B1, including credit checks and setting of an appropriate Credit Limit

Credit Policy
- Ensure current payment terms are on SAP B1
- Credit Limits are within Experian recommended limits
- Credit Limits are withdrawn promptly when and as appropriate and reported to relevant colleagues

Credit Control
- Work to reduce Debtor Days to an agreed level and keep at this level
- Put accounts “On Hold” after an agreed time/ amount
- Manage debt within Credit Terms

Sales Ledger Administration
- Liaise with Customer Service for “On Hold” accounts to enable orders to be released
- Resolution of disputes and queries including raising certain credits
- Ensure Credits are raised promptly

Timely & Relevant Debt Reporting
- Communicate daily, weekly and monthly reports to Group Finance Manager
- Weekly/monthly cashflow forecasting across 3 currencies

Debt Collection
- Pass to legal those debts not collected after agreed time scales

Credit Insurance
- Manage company credit insurance process in line with Credit Policies

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Credit Control background
- Credit Management related training
- Worked in an SME environment
- Good Excel Skills
