Internal Account Manager

This is a rich heritage brand, who are innovators of Textiles, Wholesale, Manufacture & Design. This brand has been around for over 50 years and have a great reputation in the industry, also many of their designs are used by well-known brands. They arelooking for a Sales Executive/Telesales/ Internal Sales Executive based around Altrincham/Cheshire paying £27k-£30k OTE £37K.
This role is in the office, MONDAY-FRIDAY - NO WFH due to the nature of the role.

**Salary**: £25k - £30k with £7k on top of basic salary
The Role:
Key elements to the role include:

- Managing own account list of approx. 200 B2B accounts.
- Following up leads generated by their own in-house online marketing campaigns.
- Helping to manage and maintain their CRM customer database.
- Running sales projects to offer new products to new and existing customers.
- Discussing customers ongoing requirements, gaining product feedback, and identifying competitive threats to the business.
- General incoming sales enquiries and customer support, working alongside the rest of the sales team.
At least 2 years B2B Sales Experience
Self-motivated
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent telephone manner
Experience of CRM would be an advantage
