Midday Supervisor sought by special school in Herne Hill

Position type: 10 hours per week (M-F noon to 2pm) - 39 weeks per year (during school terms)

The Michael Tippett School is a secondary school for pupils with complex learning and medical needs.

The main purpose of this role is, as part of a team of Midday Supervisors, to supervise and support pupils during the midday break and to encourage and contribute to the organisation of constructive play activity.

To succeed in this role, you must have great communication and interpersonal skills, ideally with some experience of working with children, and an enthusiasm for creating a safe and caring environment for pupils.

The Michael Tippett School is currently preparing to join The London South East Academies Trust.
