Job Overview:

This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Organize and maintain office filing systems
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Planning and delegating jobs to operatives, prioritising emergencies and chasing paperwork
- Creating reports with updates on jobs to send to our clients
- working towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork and reports are submitted in a timely manner
- Reviewing CCTV footage from our survey units and various web portals
- Using bespoke software in order to produce survey reports
- Logging camera issues and keeping track of maintenance repair/costs
- Experience using Auto Cad/Wincan/ OS19x are desirable but not essential as training will be provided

Qualifications:

- Proficient in using microsoft office
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerised systems and comfortable learning new software programs
