365 People are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join our busy customer service team. Large, successful, automotive industrial fasteners and engineered distribution company, operating from modern offices and warehouse facilities, handling worldwide distribution.

Work hours:
Mon to Thurs 7.30am to 4.30pm

Fri 7.30am to 12.00pm.

Pension as per standard regulations

Holidays are 28 days to include 8 Public Holidays and there is shut down between Christmas Eve and New Year inclusive where up to four additional days are provided to cover this period.

The role
- Office based working within our Automotive or Industrial sector
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
- You will have allocated responsibilities for management of customer accounts
- Requires regular liaison with all other departments within the business including the warehouse and quality
- Monitoring of stocks against customer schedules and in house requirements of purchase orders for replacement stock.
- Inputting of sales orders, allocation of stock and issuing of picking notes
- Possess a proven ability to work quickly, whilst understanding the need to be thorough, with a high degree of accuracy, paying specific attention to detail
- Be fluent in English language both written and spoken (a numeracy and literacy test will be set prior to interview)
- Have a good knowledge of purchasing and material planning
- Have prior experience within an engineering or industrial fastener environment
- Have experience of stock systems, raising purchase orders and processing sales orders
- Be bright, energetic and possess the ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
