We are a small, established financial advisory firm seeking a graduate trainee financial planner to assist in delivering our high-quality service and treating every client as an individual.
Trainee Financial Planner Opportunity

We will fully support you in your exam journey to become qualified, or indeed if you have already taken your exams, we will support in any further learning you would like to complete.
About the Trainee Financial Planner Role
We can offer a structured training and support programme taking you through all aspects of financial advice to become a qualified financial adviser.
Initially, you will support a financial adviser, accompany them on client meetings, collate notes, undertake research and analysis and develop a comprehensive knowledge of all kinds of investments & pensions. You will be liaising daily with clients, providersand colleagues so a high standard of communication skills at all levels, both written and oral, is essential. You will also need to have good analytical and problem-solving abilities and have an excellent attention to detail.
You will then progress to preparing for client meetings, carrying out cash flow analysis and drafting recommendation reports. We will encourage you to develop a deeper understanding of client needs & our recommendations.
Ultimately you will become a financial adviser, leading client relationships, providing technical advice, mentoring other team members and taking broader responsibilities within the business, such as investment committee, networking and relationship development.
