The Customer Service Advisor - Digital Solutions Representative role is working for an International Market Leader in their Industry. **JOB SUMMARY**

The Customer Service Advisor - Digital Solutions Representative will deliver digital solutions to customers and provide training on the use of the company’s digital products.

**The Customer Service Advisor - Digital Solutions Representative main duties include**
- Assist customers directly with technical issues and support
- Provide training on the use of the company’s digital products
- Monitor customer satisfaction information
- Maintain and grow the customer contact base

**The skills/qualifications required for Customer Service Advisor - Digital Solutions Representative**
- Previous experience using digital platforms and IT
- GCSE’s A-C in Math’s and English
- Be able to travel overseas as required
