**£10.92 per hour**
**3pm till 8pm - **30 hours - 5 days over 7**
**12 week FTC**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Gaming host to join Moto Gaming team, your focus will be to deliver excellent customer service to all gaming customers, you will be the lead on safer gambling, ensuring that we are compliant in all our gaming areas.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Delivering exceptional day to day customer service measurable through defined Key Performance Indicators
- Ensuring all machines are playable, accepting coins/notes and tickets
- understanding of First Level Fault Fixing on Machines and can resolve basic faults
- Recognise opportunities to provide machine customers with refreshments and snacks.
- Ensures that all customers are provided with first class service and complimentary refreshments by acknowledging entry and offering drink
- Ensure Moto is being compliant, no underage persons / vulnerable people or self
- excluded players in the area and understand how to identify and help problem Gamblers
- Deliver game demonstrations offering explanation of key features, stakes and pay tables
- Has the ability to understand all games, to be able to demonstrate all new games to customers
- Reporting any out of order machines immediately to our game supplier
- Keeping the gaming areas clean and tidy, setting a comfortable environment
- Communicates machines related issues such as service, machine performance directly to the Site Operations Manager and Machines Manager through the Escalation Process
- Outgoing friendly and enthusiastic
- Confidence to deal with challenging customers in line with our Company policies/standards
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels which can be tailored and adapted to the specific customer
- Basic understanding of gaming environments preferable not essential
- Preferable cash handling experience

Annual bonus scheme equivalent to 1 week's salary based on average hours worked (define period)
