**Logistics and Production Administrator**
JRM Products are looking for a **Logistics and Production Administrator **to be the first point of contact for all customer logistics and courier requests and to organise and maintain these. They will also be responsible for organising and control of all the packaging requirements. The postholder will deal with customers and suppliers in conjunction with the Administration Manager and ensure business support tasks at JRM Products Ltd are achieved on time, in full and meet legal, quality and efficiency standards. This is a key logístical and administrative role that organises and co-ordinates the journey of the products into and through the plant co-ordinating with production colleagues and then onward to the customers across the globe.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of working in a process driven organisation, preferably manufacturing.
- Knowledge and experience of logistics skills and online processing of business information with attention to detail being essential.
- Working knowledge of Sage 50 or equivalent.
- Proven supplier and customer relationship skills in a fast-changing business environment.
- Working effectively as a team player who is confident and shows a willingness to learn.
This role is **3 days **per week based in the production unit at JRM Products Limited at Letham Mains, Haddington, hours of work around **8 am to 5 pm** (with some agreed flexibility). The annual salary for this role is **£19,200.00** per annum based on an FTE of £32,000.00 per annum.
