Lairage Operative

We are recruiting for an operative for our Lairage in our Abattoir/Meat Processing site in Liversedge.
Your role will include:
Unloading and movement of livestock, adhering to animal welfare policies. Movement of livestock from Lairage to line. Overseeing the welfare of the livestock. Working at pace and working as a team to achieve production targets. We are looking for someone with a positive/can do attitude. We also look for people who can work at pace and as a team. There also may be occasions where you would be expected to lift and carry heavy weights.
Please note: this is an Abattoir / Slaughterhouse environment.

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
