Rapha is now looking to appoint a Pattern Maker to join the atelier team here at our London HQ. We are searching for a highly creative, dynamic and ambitious individual. This role is responsible for generating accurate, professional patterns for men’s and women’s products, across all product groups for on and off bike.

This role will be managed by the Head of Atelier and will work closely with the atelier team and across the design and development teams to push the high standard of industry leading products.

**The Role**
- Work with designers to accurately interpret ideas in 3D and meet set brief objectives;
- Take part in fit sessions in liaison with the design and development team and offer solutions to address on and off bike fit issues;
- Upkeep and maintenance of the block and pattern library;
- Work with the head of atelier to support strategies to elevate the standard of working processes and outcomes;
- Coordinate with the atelier team to deliver an efficient and effective work stream.

**Required skills & experience**
- Minimum of 5 years experience pattern making for apparel
- An aspiration to acquire in-depth understanding of woven and stretch fabric properties to cut patterns accordingly for all layers from contour to outerwear;
- Proficient in Excel to generate accurate specifications
- Commitment to keep abreast of innovations, new technologies and initiatives in line with Rapha objectives.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, managing the workload to meet set deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.
- An obsession for detail. Products that look beautiful on the inside and outside. Industry leading craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams at Rapha.
- An attitude of openness and enthusiasm to expand on knowledge and expertise.
