**Job Overview**:
We are thrilled to be expanding our Overflow Parts Sales Advisor team by opening eight new permanent positions located at any of our 250+ UK and Ireland stores.
Overflow Parts Sales Advisors will support branches throughout the network, to ensure all calls are answered, from both our trade and retail segments. Aiming to handle each call end to end in full, maximising each sales opportunity, whilst minimising any call flow or enquiries back to the original branch.
Reporting to the Central Sales Team Manager, the Central Sales Advisor will work as part of the wider LKQ Euro Car Parts team, currently 13 people, increasing to 21 with the additional 8 hires we are pleased to be recruiting now.
You will support the delivery of the organisations strategy by delivering on our customer promise through creating, developing, and driving high performance in parts sales with incredible customer service.
This is an exciting time to join our business, as we are implementing new systems and ways of working with the objective of supporting remote working later in the year. In the interim, working on site at your local branch will give you the incredible grounding, support and development required for you to optimise performance and achieve sales bonuses of up to £350 per month on top of your basic salary.
We operate a 44-hour working week, inclusive of breaks. You will be expected to work every other Saturday. As you might expect, Saturday is a particularly busy day for sales. A great chance for you to achieve targets for that monthly bonus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver against personal KPIs in Sales, Margin and inbound call volume - we want to pay our people bonuses. It is in all our interest for you to be able to achieve this.
- Delivering a customer first culture - aim to accurately satisfy every enquiry and convert to a sale and aim for repeat business.
- Actively engage in a structured daily briefing - we are a knowledgeable, friendly and collaborate team.
- Efficiently ensuring the correct controls and measures are followed and we are providing the right part, first time - there will be lots of support for you to achieve this in branch and in collaboration with your Overflow team.
- Working collaboratively with Branch Managers, Sales Teams, and Field Based Teams to maximise customer opportunities - we are one team at LKQ Euro Car Parts.

**Skills and Experience**:

- We are seeking passionate experienced salespeople who are driven by providing exceptional customer service and achieving bonus, based on KPI performance.
- To achieve great results for our customers, our business and in turn your own reward, you will need to have effective time management skills and a consistently professional attitude towards our customers and colleagues.
- You will have a high standard of written and oral communication skills.
- Car Part knowledge is a distinct advantage for this role. However, this is not a deal breaker for us, as we can support you to develop a deep understanding if you are committed to learn.
