eCommerce Merchandiser

This position can be based in either Middleton, Wisconsin or Wall, New Jersey, and reports to our Director, eCommerce. The role is full-time with a hybrid work environment (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be a key part of driving profitable sales growth and leading internal cross-functional collaboration to secure product availability critical to our digital growth objectives. You will also:

- Maintain the Fiskars assortment across categories, identify trends and uncover opportunities for e.g., bundles etc
- Tightly monitor category and SKU-level site metrics and sales, taking a deep and consistent view of product performance down to campaign level, traffic source, conversion, detail-to-cart ratio, ratings & reviews etc. Leveraging insights to drive online sales
- Manage tactical product lifecycle for the site, from new product launches to active assortment maintenance to product delisting
- Build and maintain landing pages in line with campaign calendar & SEO guidelines
- Adjust product positioning on site and take a lead in campaign SKU curation based on growth objectives and product availability
- Share plans and support local marketing activation teams within their markets, build landing pages as needed to support local activations & brand campaigns
- Responsible for product content through coordination with digital content and product management teams
- Work with eCommerce directors and sales leads to develop promotional strategy

WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or a related role
- Growth hacking mentality, focusing on continuous development of consumer experience
- Proven record of utilizing product data from various sources and different digital marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decision
- Experience with website content uploading and optimization and CMS (Content Management System) platforms such as Contentful, WordPress, Sitecore, etc.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent understanding of market and consumer behavior
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (Economics, Business, etc.)
