As you start your career with this business you will have the opportunity to develop and grow in other store locations and possible moves into Head Office functional roles i.e; Area Management, Hr, Buying, Marketing or VM. **Duties and Responsibilities of a Assistant Manager;**
- Complete daily and weekly floor walks with the use of your commercial and departmental sales to assess product placement, visual standards, stock replenishment and general flow in store.
- Creating a high energy environment for colleagues to thrive to achieve individual targets.
- Take ownership of the shop floor by leading by example, development of the team and ensuring the smooth running of the day to day.
- Supporting your colleagues on their daily targets through communication, floor planners and celebrating success daily on achievement of individual performance.
- Working and exceed your; daily, weekly and qtrly kpi's in stores.

**What you need to be a successful applicant;**
- You will be currently working at Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Concession Manager level.
- You will have retail experience working in High Street Fashion, Apparel, Sport or Accessories.
- You will have managed a team size of at least 6 upwards and managing turnover of 500k plus.
- You will have passion for visual merchandising and driving a stores success through product and people.
